We want everything to always be the best it can be. If you’re not 100% happy, please let us know within 2 weeks of your original service and we will do our best to rectify and help in any way we can.
You are required to have a patch test before any colour service at Hair & The Hound. Patch tests are valid for 6 months so why not pop in for a quick patch test when you are next passing so we have it on file?
We unfortunately cannot colour your hair if you are under the age of 16.
All colour services need to be followed by a finishing service, which can either be a cut & blowdry, a blowdry or a rough dry so we’re able to check the final results.
Yes, we have curl specialists in the salon so plesae mention you'd like a curly or afro hair specialist when booking and we’ll match you with the perfect stylist.
Cutting & styling including hair up, hair colour, balayage and creative colour, colour correction, hair treatments, nanokeratin hair smoothing and perming.
We will always try to accommodate your appointment, but if you’re running more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your service.
We have a 24hr cancellation policy, if you’re unable to attend your appointment please try and give a minimum of 24hrs notice so we can try and fill the slot with your lovely stylist. Repeated no show’s will result in deposits before booking an appointment.
Yes we’re dog friendly for all well behaved dogs, dogs must stay on their leads and with their owners at all times.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any homecare items unless faulty.
Yes of course. We have beautiful gift cards ready to purchase in salon.
We close at 9pm on Tuesdays, 7pm on Wednesdys and Fridays, 8pm on Thursdays, and 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
